Call 717-299-7080 or Email Drogaris Companies for more information on Prince Street Center, a prime location for businesses that want to be near Center City Lancaster. At Prince Street Center, contemporary designs are combined with traditional building techniques to create a unique appeal.

With over two centuries of combined historical and economic significance, three buildings from the 400 block of Prince Street will once again contribute to the pride and excitement of Lancaster City. When combined, the three buildings included as part of the Prince Street Center form a mecca of business and residential attractions.
Prince Street Center is a multi-phase development plan incorporating what was previously Stadel Volvo, Swisher Tobacco Warehouse and the adjacent parking lot, Buckwalter Warehouse, and numerous row houses. The plan consists of three phases with each phase focusing on one of the three primary buildings in the project.

Phase I consists of the relocation of Wentworth Publishing Company Inc. into what was previously the Stadel Volvo building. The building itself consists of 43,500 square feet, most of which is to be occupied by Wentworth Publishing. Indoors, parking has been made available on two levels of the building. Recent renovations to the interior reflect just one of the many possible fresh and innovative ideas that could be utilized in older buildings. Phase I of the Prince Street Project is expected to be complete within the first week of October.

Phase II incorporates the Buckwalter Tobacco Warehouse with the adjacent parking lot to create 19,000 square feet of office and commercial space as well as 8 luxury, loft-style residential apartments on the top floor. The entrance welcomes visitors into a soaring, 3 story lobby and the building shares a convenient dropoff area accessible from Prince Street with the adjacent Swisher Building. The popular Brickyard Sports Bar occupies the first floor and an information technology company occupies the second and third floors.

Phase III incorporates the Swisher Tobacco Warehouse with the adjacent parking lot to create 19,000 square feet of office and commercial space as well as 24 residential apartments. Two separate entrances are planned, including a portico drive-through entrance with a multi-story glass atrium on the North side of the building. Facing Prince Street on the East Side of the building will be a drop off area onto an outdoor courtyard and the second of two multi-story glass atriums. A restaurant is planned for the lower level of the building and for the outdoor courtyard.

The mixed use contemplated for the buildings, including residential apartments, mail box service, a printing organization, restaurants, medical and dental offices, and other professional services allow for opportunities to network without having to travel great distances. The nature of the existing buildings allows for complete turnkey design and the opportunity to specify preferences regarding location. The site plans have been completed and the project is now awaiting final approvals. Inquiries regarding the project and possible tenancy can be made to The Drogaris Companies at (717) 299-7080.
